Keep in mind that what we would tolerate and therefore our view of the situation is irrelevant. Our history, and that of our forefathers, by and large, is to take only so much and then throw the bums out, at any cost. We are unique.

Not to get into too much of a political bent, what do you think would happen if the bulk of the Iraqi population said, "I've had enough!" Dito with the Somalis, N. Koreans, Nigerians, Palistineans....Hell the Chinese for that matter.

The whole idea is foriegn to the majority of the populace.
