Recently saw a dvd featuring the use of a .50 cal BP lever gun (Winchester repro) in Botswana.
Not knowing a great deal about either BP cartridge rifles
or about hunting regulations/calibre requirements etc in various African states I was wondering if members could enlighten me on the rules in the different countries (I gather that game regulations still change fairly often and not always with much notice.)
What are peoples feelings about the use of bows and BP arms. This is not a intended as a jab at the DVD or at anyone or their chosen method of hunting.
