Newbie Question: Can you hunt in Africa on the "Target of Opportunity" premise? ie. I book a hunt for say Buff and Leopard and while I am in the "hunt" on the ground, I look up and see a nice Lion or a nice Zebra....can I opt for an IOU of sorts and say I will pay all the fees associated with its kill and take the animal and pay the fees when I get back to camp? *Is it not normal practice for a games-keeper / official to often come with a PH and Cl;ient on a scheduled hunt? I ask this because I am planning a hunt now and would hate to miss an excellent spur-of-the-moment opportunity for a nice trophy while in the field 8 hours away from a Games Official's office.
