Nitro in answer to your post i did say "wealthy locals" as well.

And the SP trophy? It was initially the Joe Malek Trophy for 15 animals and the first recipient was a certain Alaskan that i met personally............hmmm now did i say sumpin` about a crush?

I am against pen shooting for sure but if the "pen happens to be only a boundary fence encircling say 10,ooo acres well thats a little different for sure.

I must point out that one of Aussie`s biggest guides here rang my mate to ask if he had any 230+ class fallow heads in his pen for a "client " or two,the mate replied that his pen was only a few acres.....guide said "thats fine the client likes it that way" my mate refused him straight out!

It comes down to money a lot of the time and i`m posting a little hunt in Oz to show a typical SCI hunt in their latest auction mag.......for big bucks only eh!

It is listed as $41 grand maybe its a missprint but even at 14 grand US bucks hell it aint worth that.

Here is another one for auction....hell who wouldnt rather do some real hunting in Alaska for brownie`s for half the price,what a dream to me hunting around the wilds of Alaska taking in the sights and smells rather than walking(getting driven) around a pen with a real TV STAR.......whoopeee!
