I also have an offer from a nice South African gentleman to stay at his house.

But I will flying through Jo'burg at least four times (maybe five

) unfortunately on this trip so that might be pushing friendship! Luckily not all requiring an overnight stay though.

Plus my wife is flying over separately, so another visit will be needed. A REALLY close hotel is sounding better.

Afton is good, but it is also nice to have some facilities in the hotel especially if it is only a stopover.
