Does anyone know how the 9.3mm Nosler Ballistic Tips in 250 gr work on African plains game?

I may try to develop a load for my 9.3x74R double for them for slightly longer ranged plains game hunting. Game such as gemsbok, springbok, zebra, eland, kudu - sized game.

I have never been impressed with the Nosler Ballistic Tips (too soft and fragile) but those were the earlier ones. So anyone with knowledge on their capabilities would be welcome to comment. Otherwise I will stick to the tried and true loadings I already have.
