There was, and continues to be lots of dissent as to the weapon of choice when chasing wounded leopards. As much as I respect and admire John Sharp, count me in with the rifle crowd, but it's really a matter of personal choice and if buckshot was ineffective, PHs would have stopped using it long ago, so obvisously it works and it has a following. NOw for LION, the use of a shotgun is in my view, suicidal. jorge
