Agree with Will on this one as it had to be a canned hunt. (1) Get a load of the mane..looks like is was shampooed that morning. (2) Looks like all those vertical branches sticking up are fence posts...pretty sure he's in an enclosure. (3) None of the lion's behavior say's "wild" lion to me. He's hit and goes down easily as if stunned and slowly gets to his feet...none of the frantic thrashing typically seen when a wild lion is hit. His charge, when it comes, is simply fast but his behavior when amongst the shooters shows he probably has never killed anything to eat in his life...look how he goes thru the line of shooters and then runs away...like a school-boys first fight....one punch and run. A wild lion would have latched onto to someone with his paws and pulled him in come hell or high water. Kind of sad to watch but I'm glad no one got hurt no matter how stupid their behavior. |
