I would prefer one of my double rifles to any shotgun.
But I have seen a SXS 12 ga. shotgun with an SKS spike bayonet welded to the rib under the bbls.
The theory was if two rounds of 12 ga did not do the trick you might be able to keep the leopard off of you in the same way Sasha Simeil [sp] killed juaguares in Brazil wirh his spear.
