What is it I so enjoy so much about hunting??

Is it the killing of animals? NO- any good shot=harvested animal

Is it the trophy on the wall that supposedly makes me more "macho"? NO-

Is it the control and direction of powerful firearms? Somewhat, but I like fast cars and powerful computers as well.

Maybe it is being one with nature and feeling the incredible rush and connection with game when I successfully stalk or am surprised by big game freeranging on THEIR turf,!!

It is the ethical success and spoils enjoyed by the supreme predator, man.Contrary to naturelovers BS that is not evil - the products of the hunt are used productively for mankind.

Nothing I have ever found is quite like it.

That's why I hunt.
