Re Standing rest, we now have one on our range, however, with a Jury rigged one,
I have found the key is to have not only a steady rest for your forearm BUT ALSO
something solid to push your Stomach and thigh against and in some cases
something solid for your LEFT thigh to lean against.

For the rest for your forearm, I have found a Camera Bipod to be good with
a sand bag on top.
