Why do you shoot Big Bores / DR's from a bench ?

It's the worst possible way to test fire a Big Bores / DR's.

Have you used a Standing rest ?

They are much more confortable and just as easy to use as a bench

Also, if the range doesn't have a permanent one, a temporary / non permanent one
is easy to set up.

Makes handling the recoil a hell of a lot easier.
