A friend of mine wore those goggles on his trip to Namibia with me this past May. He wore them with his contacts, and had no trouble at all. His goggles had a set of interchangeable lenses which he found quite useful. They had a set of clear lenses, and also a set of tinted lenses, so he never had to break out his sunglasses.

Personally, I prefer the idea of wearing glasses instead of contacts when hunting because they help protect the eyes from getting scratched by an errant twig or thorn.
