Price Rupert will give it as run for it's money. Even Vancouver or Seattle. My mum was from Scotland (Aberdeen) and the joke was summer came two months of the year: July 31st and August 1st. Last month my uncle said Vancouver reminded him of home, except for the scorching heat! .
