We shot the forest species in Mozambique. I must have some photos around somewhere and if I can find them I'll post. Spectacular birds, all irridescence and fringy feathers. And, yes, they taste good, too. However, only slightly like chicken. More like pheasant, perhaps, and certainly more flavorful than any store chicken.
