I had an idea for using warthog tusks as cabinet handles in my kitchen. I put them on the upper doors. A friend who's a very good woodworker made a wooden insert so a screw could be used to hold the tusk on the cabinet like a regulat handle would be. He also filled them with epoxy to add strength.

I have several pairs and here's what they look like, very functional!
