Larcher, I find that lots of exercises for the abdominal muscles plus some yoga stretches twice per day combined with a lot of walking makes my lumbago go away. Doing the backstroke at the local pool also helps. And if it doesn't, then 800 mg of Ibuprofen takes care of things. However, I find air travel very uncomfortable. So I spend a lot of time in the aisle doing deep knee bends, much to the annyoance of the air waitresses. |
