In most of any profession there is 2 angles to consider : the capacity is the ability + the entitelment. In my case I am a biologist. I have the ability because I succeeded in all the exams required, but to work I have had to obtain a license to run a path lab. The ACP is providing the proof that the PH is qualified, that is has the capacity and the skills. When arriving in any country, his diplom is valid but he needs to get a license to be registred in the country and be authorised to work as a PH. I imagine a PHASA PH in RSA has to obtain a license too. The license permits to work as a PH and could be removed should the PH break the law. OK? Happy New Year |
