But either way, I'm sure that hunts will still be conducted for those who don't mind a little potensial tension. As the hunting itself naturally goes on in more desolate, unpopulated areas, it would be more the transport to get there that would take them thru some trouble spots. If the clients fly in via small plane from N'Djamena, they will bypass the difficulties, and that leaves only the problem of camp logistics. I'm sure Lefoul is able to make "deals" to sort difficulties out should they occure.
