I was in Kigosi, western TZ, the end of September. If I remember correctly, there were 4 or 5 bulls shot on the concession. The last one shot was close to 80lbs. I saw a group of 4 bulls while hunting sitatunga that had at least two legal bulls. The PH's did not seem to have much trouble getting clients onto shootable bulls.
