The 416 will do the job perfectly. The Ele won't know the difference between a 416 and a 505. I think the important factors are:

1) Shot placement.

2) With what rifle are you the most comfortable, if you flinch with a rifle you have problems.

I will take the rifle that I know best and that I am the most comfortable with. Both will do the job perfectly well.
