Karl is quite a character. He has a vast general knowledge and keen knowledge of firearms, bullets, and of course the animals and the bush. I have been told he was attacked by a leopard, and had the presence of mind to fall on it before it could really start ripping with it's claws. That is keeping a cool head in a very bad situation.
