Nice old tusker and very nice rifles. The 458 Win certainly has had bad press in the past, and rightfully so, in my view. However as said by others, the advent of new powders and bullets seem to have fixed this problem and you no longer hear complaints about it.

When it comes to solids I am a fan of the Woodleigh Hydro's and those solids with a wide flat nose. These are proven to track straighter than the conventional round nose bullets.

9.3X64 those bullets in the nickel cases aren't Hydros, look like some other form of solid.
