DD, Thanks for posting. Of course, there is a possibility in many hunts that the hunter could be hurt by either the animal they are hunting or something else in nature (snakes, falls, etc). Perhaps that is part of the enjoyment of a hunt.

I had read several articles about this incident. A few articles were written by "not well meaning" folks who disparage Asher Watkins (hunter who was killed).

In a way. it was surprising that some people would take pleasure in a hunter being killed.
