Thank you. I always thought Lufthansa was a great airline (from what I have heard), but you certainly didn't have that experience. Your flight experience sounded more like flying one of the US budget airlines than a premium airline. That is just too bad.

Well, I hope your son had a great time. It sounds like a nice father/son experience, even with all the pronblems.
