Botswana could lose 35,000 Elephants and the Chobe Nat park would still be turned into Desert by the Elephants. It has an Elephant carrying capacity or 60,000 and the estimated number they have is 160,000 to 180,000 Elephants. These numbers come from the Botswana Nat parks people. The greenies claim that there are only 60,000 in the park. Similar story for Hwange Nat Park in Zim. Carrying capacity 15,000, actual number is about 45,000. As these places turn to desert other animals move on or die off. leads to some becoming extinct. |
