Saw the "two finger" thing right away as well. Seems to me a great way to goof and double or at least cut a finger.
Likely the shooter was never as a young boy brought up with double trigger SxS bird guns? Not many would be these days.
What I also noticed was the apparent poor shot placement on some those videos. Nerves, haste, lack of practice?

Otherwise I thought it was a petty informative video.
