I'd love to do a Karamojo Ugandan safari. Wayback in the late 1980s I had a somewhat opportunity. Insufficient funds alas, the weakness of mortal man. Uganda was not long after Idi Amin at the time

I plan to go back a couple more times.. want to take my family for one.. probably do a PG hunt.. One of the many reasons I have so much 6.5 Creedmoor ammo stored up..

Would love to take my son on a buff hunt as well..

I didn't know you have hunted Uganda? Photos and stories please.

Leave the Krudemore at home for gophers and chipmunks. Karamojo is Mannlicher 6.5 mm and Rigby .256 and .275 country. A Westley Richards .318 or Jeffery .333 is suitable as well. Holland & Holland .375, Jeffery .404, Rigby .416. Did I forget all the Nitro Expresses?!

I think Uganda is classic country. The Pearl of Africa. I hope again.
