In a 375 H&H, the 300 gr bullet. In my 416 Rigby, I've found that the 350 grainer can hit just as hard as the 400, if not harder, and has a flatter trajectory. Ross Seyfried did a write-up on using 350 gr. bullets quite some time ago and he felt it was a better killer than the 400 gr.
