I haven't hunted there, but I'll be bold, and prove I'm a weirdo...

I remind you in advance of your use of the term "wish list" as well as your statement, "money's no object." Also some of what I think would be ideal is currently illegal.

Anywhere in Africa? Five animals? The five animals would be a buffalo..one in Zimbabwe, one in Botswana, one in Tanzania, one in the Congo, one in the Central African Republic...and I'd be flying between those destinations in a Tiger Moth or a Stearman using just a chart, a wristwatch, and a compass, no modern navigational equipment allowed. Come to think of it not all the pioneer types had a map and those who did probably ripped it out of National Geographic...so I guess I could save weight by leaving the accurate charts at home. And for armament, I'd want an old Oberndorf Mauser in 9.3 x 62 or .404 Jeffery, ie, something that was actually in common use 70+ years ago.

This would be my idea of ideal, at least until some animals eat the fabric off of the plane...
