I reviewed all our 2001 orders for M/H cases and all were finalised. E-mail me with your name so that I can search for your specific order. Bear in mind that we have no means of knowing if an order did not arrive other than if the customer tells us. We have a 6 month deadline on claims from the postal services and have amended the information we give customers to make them aware of that.
