A really good friend of mine was there a couple years back..they came upon a road block.. the guy had a BLOW DRYER.. below it a piece of cardboard with a hand written speed on it that my friend and his PH were allegedly traveling at.. had to pay the fine and let them siphone gas before they could proceed..THAT is perhaps one of the craziest stories I have ever heard of..
