Not setting up sticks like this does spook aware game, so if not needed shoot off hand especially at closer range.

Practice, practice, practice with your rifle. Offhand. On shooting sticks. Prone or with a field rest. Make sure you do not fear your .375 rifle. If you do, take a .30 calibre.
