Bullshit! Hypocritical jerk offs. Even worse in some hunting clubs, they get onto committees, don't like the word "hunting", and replace it everywhere with "conservation". As for 'hunting for meat', often if you add up the cost of guns, ammo, licences, fuel, etc etc the cost of a kg of duck, venison or whatever far exceeds its price at the butcher. Not always. But I spend $1000 plus on diesel alone to bring back an engel freezer of buffalo meat back from the NT ... Maybe shooting a great big elk, down the road from where one lives works out differently. As for hunting, it is natural, normal, enjoyable, and I enjoy even the kill. 100%. I'm surprised you stated you enjoyed the KILL, I never (very seldom) enjoy the killing part, normally makes me a little or more than, sad ! A big Old trophy I have or my hunter has been after for a while is very rewarding & the "experience" is enjoyable ! Maybe getting some murderous Cat,Rodent or Canine,Bird, e:g Crow or Hawk ? |
