Postman, I took my Buff in Zimbabwe several years ago and it was a lot of hard hot work. End of season days were 40+ degrees, most around the 43 and 45. In the end I had to settle for a 50mt shot, not up close and personal. You can certainly work to get your beasty. I hunted the Caprivi last year after non Trophy Elephant. Great place , just no Ele turned up so had to settle for a Black Wildebeest, Warthog and Baboon.

You will enjoy your time there. Photos of hunt when done please.

Bit of History/useless info on the Caprivi. The Governor of German West Africa (Namibia)-Cont Caprivi - envisaged being able to move from the west coast to the east on The Zambezi so traded the Island of Zanzibar for the Caprivi Strip. Bad choice if you ask me.
