I wonder if anyone actually exist, how effective are they? Seeing the vast areas of remote places, the difficulties of the terrain, the infiltration of armed poachers, guerillas, terrorist groups etc, can't see how this is not just a PR good news story? Seeing whole armies have been unsuccessful in the past.

Would be good if it was true.
