2400fps? 2500fps? - likely no discernible difference. MUCH depends on exactly WHAT they hit.

How many feet/yards do that have to travel to lose 100fps? Not very far.

ANY bullet is going to react differently if impacting EXACTLY the same tissue at 80yards compared to 150yards, compared to 200or more yards. Use a bullet that will work and have at it.
