For plains game I generally tip between $50-100 USD a day to the PH. Another $50 a day to the combined staff. Many PHs don't want yountipping staff direct as it tends to cause o few of the guys to disappear for 2-3 days getting laid and going on a bender.

For DG it's really twice that.
