I know of several outfitters and tourist companies that used to run world class tourist camps. Some black arsehole wanted in on the action 100% or 80% for nothing and no work either so the legitimate operator just closed them down. Now they are no longer there, the "B.A." found it takes work and inteligence to run a successful camp and the hundreds of US$ paying tourists are no more.

Same as with this "Herald" propaganda story is my guess. A lot of hot air in a bag. Nothing will come of it.
