Interesting to read the responses. Many of the choices show NE members as unique and interesting persons making often choices out of the ordinary, often with a historical flair.

Not surprising at all!

Compared to what the average client I think would choose. The .375 H&H Magnum being the exception of course, which also makes sense, it is a best choice for many reasons, traditional yet "modern", and also historical. The first belted magnum cartridge I believe (?) and a true all round cartridge.

At some point we will have to have a discussion on what hasn't been chosen and why, yet are probably popular with safari clients.
