I'd suggest going with the 375, and if you can get them to shoot, 270 grain TSX pills. They'll be a little bit faster, and have less drop than the 300 grain, although the load you have will sure get the job done. Usually, Nyala means hunting in thicker brush, so bullet drop shouldn't be an issue. I'd skip the 7mm mag in this case.
