The only Phs I have seen in action, and talked to at campfires, are the PHs in Zimbabwe. They really are very good.
Apparently they have a pretty stringent training regime in all aspects of the industry, and are reputed to have the best system in the continent. Is this true? How different is it in places likle SA , Tanzania and Botswana ?
