nitrox, please feel free to post anything about corrupt african goverments you have. for me there is no doubt that the massive ivory poaching can only happen with the support of mafia organisations lead by high ranking african politicians or their near clansman.
like allways the poor poacher make only the dirty work but the money is made by someone with "clean" hands.
