I'd take a Winchester Model 12 in 12 gauge, improved cylinder choke with 26 in barrel, loaded with no. 4 buckshot. A burst of that full in the chest would keep him from getting to you and knocking the weapon out of your hands, and you'd have 5 rounds to finish him.
