Similar to the 45-70 questions. Yes you can kill with it, but it really isn't ideal. I prefer using a caliber that will get the job done under less than ideal conditions. I want to be able to drive a bullet into the vitals from any angle,other than one facing directly away, and not have to wait for a broadside shot.
