My recommendations:

1) Either Zimbabwe or Mozambique.

2) My best experiences have been with Richard Cooke and (indirectly) HHK. I don't know personally but I would expect Chifuti to be comparable as well.

My Suggestions:

1) Make a list of what's important to you. (Fenced or unfenced areas, herds or dugga boys, etc.)

2) Present that list to potential outfitters at the DSC or SCI convention.

3) Go all out. See Victoria Falls while your there. Leave some time for fishing for Tiger and Bream. Visit the local witch doctor. Fly in and drive out. Have a great time.

Also if you fly South African on the morning flight out of JFK then you can connect direct to Zimbabwe and you don't have to deal with customs or importing your rifles into South Africa for one day.
