Indeed a 6 x 6 bull elk makes a better appearance over
a fireplace than a "spike" or a "cow elk". But there is
a lot more into a trophy than that.

To me a trophy is the the entire experience, the amount
of time regulating, reloading, packing, planning, hiking,
sweating & the actual hunt itself.

I feel a "lioness" can make a spectacular African
trophy & a great hunt, anyway it did for me!
