One rifle only is fine. Take something like a .30-06 with 180 -200gr premium bullets if not after girrafe or eland, or a .300 with 200gr and heavier bullets if hunting Kalahari or other terrain where longer shots are the norm. If eland also, .338 WM, girrafe .375/ 9.3 minimum.
