I have seen Steve's .500jef on his key ring in person. You have to look very close to see the rifling marks on it. Compared to a unfired one in his belt it looked to be no worse for the ware. I can assure you I will be packing Stewart MONOs in the rifle I carry back in 05 for DG very impressive to say the least.
