When I hunted in Southern Matabeleland the PH told me that the Matabele give most clients two names. One which they may tell you and which MAY be complimentary. The second probably picks your worst or funniest feature (they seem gifted that way like "comedians" often are) and they definitely won't tell you this one.

Try as I might the PH wouldn't tell me what our names were.

(the Matabele are of course related to the Zulus)
